Frequently asked

Is the app available for both iOS and Android? +
Yes. Coptic Events is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and on Google Play for Android devices. Both apps are kept in sync with the same features.
How do members join our church on the app? +
When your church is set up, you receive a unique church code. Members download the app, create an account, and enter the code. Admins can also invite members directly or approve pending requests.
How does the free plan work? +
The free plan includes events & RSVP (up to 50 attendees), sports leagues, church chat, prayer wall, push notifications & announcements, carpool matching, and member profiles — no credit card required. You can upgrade to Pro or Premium at any time.
Can multiple admins manage the church? +
Yes. You can designate church admins and servants with different permission levels. Servants can create events and manage check-in; admins have full control over settings, members, and finances.
Is donation data secure? +
All donation processing goes through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store raw card numbers. Giving statements and transaction history are available to admins and members securely within the app.
Can I use the desktop tools without the mobile app? +
Yes. Church admins can sign in to this website with their app credentials to access desktop tools like check-in, photo upload, score keeping, and event reports — no extra account needed.
