Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Coptic Events account and its data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open Coptic Events and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm. Your account is removed immediately.

Or request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email support@copticinvestmentgroup.com from the address on your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We process requests within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

Your sign-in account, profile (including date of birth, phone, emergency contact, and home address), photos, connections data, push tokens, family links, and your registrations for upcoming events. Managed child records you created can be deleted by you in the app at any time before deleting your account.

What's retained: attendance records for past events (kept as the church's historical roster, without your profile), donation/payment records we are legally required to keep, and church governance audit logs. Messages you sent in group chats remain attributed to a deleted account. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
