Services
Drywall and finishing is what we do every day: hang, tape, skim, repair, paint. When a project grows into a basement, a bath or a kitchen, the same crew frames it, tiles it, floors it and paints it. Every job gets a free site visit, an itemized written estimate you sign online, and a clean site at the end of each day.
Eight services, one standard
Pick the one that fits, or tell us the whole picture and we'll sort out the order of work. Each page explains what's included, how we prep and protect the house, and what we need from you.
Drywall installation
New walls and ceilings for additions, remodels, garages and gut jobs. We hang, tape and finish to Level 4 or Level 5, ready for primer.
- Board delivery, hanging and screw pattern to spec
- Tape, three coats, corner bead, sanding
- Moisture-resistant board where it belongs
Skim coating & plaster
Rowhome plaster made flat and smooth again without tearing it out. We fix the cracks, key loose spots, and skim the whole surface to Level 5.
- Crack repair and loose-plaster stabilization
- Full skim coat over plaster or textured drywall
- Wallpaper removal and wall smoothing
Drywall repair
Water stains, holes, cracks, popped nails, botched patches. We cut back to sound material, patch, blend and prime so the repair disappears.
- Ceiling and wall water damage
- Holes, plumber and electrician cut-outs
- Texture match and primer-ready finish
Painting
Walls, ceilings, trim and doors. Because we finish the drywall, we know what a wall needs before the first coat goes on.
- Patch, sand, caulk and prime first
- Two finish coats, straight cut lines
- Floors and furniture masked and covered
Basement finishing
From bare block or stone foundation to a room you actually use. One crew handles framing, insulation, drywall, flooring and paint.
- Moisture check and layout before framing
- Framing, insulation, drywall, doors and trim
- Flooring and paint to finish
Tile
Bathroom floors and walls, showers, kitchen backsplashes and entryways. Flat substrate, level courses, tight and even grout lines.
- Demo, backer board and waterproofing
- Ceramic, porcelain, stone and mosaic
- Grout, caulk and sealing
Flooring
Luxury vinyl plank, laminate, engineered and solid hardwood. We pull the old floor, fix the subfloor, and install with the transitions and trim done right.
- Removal and disposal of old flooring
- Subfloor repair, leveling and underlayment
- Install, transitions, shoe molding
Framing & remodels
Move a wall, open a kitchen, add a closet or a half bath. We frame, drywall and finish, and coordinate the licensed trades in between.
- Non-load-bearing wall removal and new partitions
- Permits pulled where the work requires them
- Framing through paint, one point of contact
Small commercial too
Offices, retail fit-outs, church and community spaces. The same trades we do in houses translate cleanly to a small commercial job: partition framing, drywall and finishing, painting, and flooring. We work evenings and weekends when a business can't close, keep the dust contained to the work zone, and leave the space usable at the end of every shift.
We're honest about scope. If your project needs mechanical, electrical, fire-rated assemblies beyond simple partitions, or a general contractor to run multiple trades, we'll say so and either bring in the right people or point you to them.
- Partition framing and drywall — new offices, storage rooms, dividing a retail floor.
- Finishing and repair — patching after tenant turnover, skimming rough walls, Level 5 for feature walls.
- Painting — walls, doors and trim in low-odor products, scheduled around your hours; exterior repaints too.
- Flooring — commercial LVP and laminate over prepared slab or subfloor.
- Written scope, insurance on file — $1,000,000 general liability, certificate on request.

Before you call
Do you do just the drywall, or whole rooms?
Both. Plenty of our work is drywall only — a contractor or homeowner frames it, we hang and finish it, someone else paints. Just as often we take a room from framing to paint. Tell us what you want to hand off and we'll quote exactly that.
Do you supply the materials?
Yes, and it's usually the simpler route. Drywall, compound, framing lumber, backer board, paint and flooring are all itemized on the estimate so you can see what you're paying for. If you'd rather buy your own tile, flooring or paint, that's fine too — we'll tell you what to get and how much, and price the labor alone.
How do you control the dust?
Drywall sanding makes fine dust, and Philly rowhomes don't have much room to keep it away from the rest of the house. We hang plastic and zip-wall doorways to seal the work area, cover floors and furniture, run a HEPA vacuum on the sander and a HEPA air scrubber in the room, and clean up at the end of each day. On skim coats we sand as little as possible by getting the mud right in the first place.
Do you handle permits?
When the work needs one — moving walls, new basement living space, adding a bathroom — we pull the permit through Philadelphia L&I or the local township and schedule the inspections. Cosmetic work like patching, skim coating, painting, tile and flooring generally doesn't need a permit. Either way, the estimate says which it is.
